Shipping policy

I ship orders using ShipStation as my platform.  The factory, MCM, usually fills the order the day after receiving it and we use FedEx as the carrier.  Customers contact me if they have not received a package.  My phone number and email are clearly listed on my website.  If a customer wants to return an order, even months later, I send a return FedEx shipping label at no cost to the customer, via ShipStation. This customer did not contact me.  She received her package as you can see from the photo supplied by FedEx for the tracking number.
